What does it mean to be Pro-Life?
"Pro-Life" means you oppose the intentional killing of innocent human beings in the womb and support the sanctity of life because all life is God given, precious, sacred and of great value.
Why Should We Value Life?
God is the author of life.
Know that the Lord Himself is God; it is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; we are the people and the sheep of His pasture. Ps 100:3
"So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female he created them." Genesis 1:2
For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works and that my soul knows well. My frame was not hidden from You, when I was made in secret, skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed, and in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them. Ps 139:13-16
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations. Jer 1:5
Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin my mother conceived me. Ps 51:5
The pre-born are human beings. There are not degrees of human life. Jesus died for sinners. SIN is an attribute of human life. The psalmist in Ps 51:5 didn't make a distinction between birth and conception. At both points sinfulness is the condition, human life is the reality. Jesus came to die for human beings, not potential life, products of conception or parts of the mother's body. Because HE VALUED us, He offered His life to save our very human life.

SIDEWALK MINISTRY
An Outreach outside Planned Parenthood to offer men and women at abortion facilities life affirming alternatives to abortion and other services offered at the facility. Our approach is of love, peace and prayer. As an expression of our love, we offer blessing bags to those men and women entering and leaving the facility.
We pray that the life affirming literature and love presence of believers will turn them away from making a devastating mistake and open their heart to the gospel.
