Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.
Cancellation Penalties
If you need to cancel your tour you must notify CC Summerville as soon as possible.
Registration Cancellations will be charged a $100 cancellation fee per person.
If after you cancel after Nov 9th, 2025 you are subject to airline,
hotel & tour penalties which may exceed 50% of the tour cost.
Cancellations within 4 weeks of the tour departure will be charged 100% of the tour cost.
